With immediate effect, we are looking for active support in our administration in the ice cream Greissler-Manufaktur in Krumbach, Lower Austria, in the middle of the beautiful Bucklige Welt.

Field of activity

Responsibility for the entire recruiting process – from job advertisement Talent Acquisition, Screenings, Interviews & Assessments up to the contract conclusion and onboarding
Advice and close cooperation with the department heads in all areas along the hiring and onboarding process and with regard to HR topics
Preparation of employment contracts and creation of HR documents
Administration of time records, sick leave, vacation, etc. with interface to payroll accounting
Planning and implementation of various employee recruitment projects together with the Marketing
Optimization of existing processes together with the HR team
Support in the development and implementation of employer branding measures and various HR projects
Planning and implementation of internal employee branding measures, such as Employee events, benefit development, employee and feedback interviews
Master maintenance of personnel files

Our expectations

First work experience in HR and recruiting
Completed training or a degree in the field of personnel management, business administration or similar
Sound knowledge of labor law is an advantage
High degree of empathy and knowledge of human nature
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
German language skills appropriate to the job
